LawNY provides civil legal services through Office for the Aging contracts in Chautauqua, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, and Yates Counties.
Availability of services may depend on funding from the U.S. Administration for Community Living, the New York State Office for the Aging, and your local County Office for the Aging.

Concealing a Will is a Crime
A person is guilty of unlawfully concealing a will when, with intent to defraud, s/he conceals, secretes, suppresses, mutilates or destroys a will, codicil or other testamentary instrument.
Unlawfully concealing a will is a class E felony.
